We meet Monday through Friday from 3:15 - 5:15pm at RHS in the back gym (wrestling room). This is straight behind the main gym.

On Saturdays, we meet from 9:00 - 11:00 am at the Redmond Watershed Preserve for Long Runs.

Here is a typical practice day:

3:15 - Whole team meets in the back gym (wrestling room, behind the main gym)

3:30 - Whole team warm up at Hartman Park

4:00 - Start run / workout

5:00 - Cool down and stretching

5:15 - Practice ends


The best way to set yourself up for a successful Cross Country season is to train consistently and come to as many practices as you can. Summer training begins the last week of June. The Summer Training Program will be sent out via email two weeks after Track season ends. We meet as a whole group four days a week, although many athletes meet up with teammates on the other days.
