WINTER TRAINING
If you aren't participating in a winter sport, there is optional winter running and conditioning from December through February. If you know of student-athletes that are interested in joining, pass the word along and bring them out. See schedules for event areas below:
Distance:
Monday through Friday: 3:45 on the track every day for athlete-led workouts.
Mondays and Thursdays: Weight Room and Coach Check In 5:00 - 6:30 pm after the run.
Saturday: Long Runs @ various locations.

Monday: Conditioning @ Track 3:45 - 5:15PM
Tuesday: Weight Room 4:45 - 6:00PM
Wednesday: Conditioning @ Track 1:45 - 3:15PM
Thursday: Weight Room 3:30 - 5:00PM
